Serves 4
2 avocados, peeled
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
2 tbs. jalapenos
1/4 c. tomatos, chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 lime, juiced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tbsp. coriander seeds, crushed
salt
pepper
pinch of sugar
In small bowl, combine all ingredients and roughly mash avocado with a fork. Season well and serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
